Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with administrative tasks. The Assistant will also support various departments with day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth operations. This role is located in Jaipur.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an assistant or secretary will be a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
