Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Indore. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, including inventory management, coordinating with suppliers, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. The role also includes administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries. The Assistant will work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications Inventory management and coordination with suppliers Assistance in meal preparation and maintaining hygiene and safety standards Administrative skills, including record-keeping, scheduling, and customer service Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food service or hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are beneficial
