Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Merchandising team in implementing merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor production status to prevent delays and either resolve issues directly or escalate them to senior for timely action.
  • Understanding customer requirements and helping them to obtain the desired products at the right price.
  • Support in costing, price negotiations and preparing order sheets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage multiple orders/tasks within the specific timelines.
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely order delivery.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge about various garments and costing.
  • Should possess good communication skill.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Technology / Fashion Designing / Diploma in Garments Merchandising / Handloom Technology /BBA, B. A, B. Com, B. Com (H) or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Merchandising or Internships within Textile / Garment domain also considered.
