Assistant Merchandiser

As an Assistant Merchandiser at Cogito, you will play a crucial role in managing and handling shipments through outsourced methods. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the production process to ensure that quantity, quality, order specifications, and delivery dates are met. You will be expected to negotiate with vendors on pricing, discounts, delivery, and working terms, as well as diagnose production problems and present alternatives to clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors will be key to ensuring smooth operations. In this role, you will work closely with internal departments such as shipping, technical, quality assurance, finance, and administration to ensure a seamless workflow for order follow-up. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors to improve on-time delivery and resolving any disputes or claim issues that may arise. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of experience in merchandising, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an e-commerce company. The salary offered for this position is in the range of 25,000 to 35,000 per month, depending on your current salary and experience level. This is a full-time position with 6 working days per week, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
