Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze fashion trends, forecasts, and customer preferences. Create original clothing designs (sketches, mood boards, and samples). Select fabrics, colors, and trims in line with the concept and budget. Develop tech packs and work closely with the production team for sampling. Ensure that final garments meet design expectations and quality standards. Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and production departments. Attend fittings and provide feedback for garment corrections. Stay up-to-date with fashion shows, exhibitions, and market competitors. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in kids wear/womenswear needed]. Strong illustration and design software skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.). Excellent knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction. Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred: Experience in kids wear, women wear ethnic wear, western wear. Ability to manage multiple collections and meet deadlines. Familiarity with garment production processes and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting transactions including bookkeeping, journal entries, financial records and filing documents. Handle accounts payable and receivable , JVs, etc. ensuring timely payments and collections. Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as per regulatory requirements.
