As an Assistant Marketing Manager - Manufacturing at Wipro located in Bengaluru, India, you will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing integrated demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns. Your role involves collaborating closely with senior manufacturing business, account, and sales leaders, as well as a team of marketing experts, to enhance pipeline, sales, and revenue outcomes through digital-first marketing programs tailored to meet buyers" needs. In your position, you will focus on three main areas: 1. **Demand Generation**: Enhance mindshare, deal origination, and client acquisition through targeted digital-first always-on campaigns that showcase Wipro's thought leadership, case studies, analyst accolades, and more. 2. **Account-Based Marketing**: Improve client retention and share of wallet through tailored digital-first account-based marketing campaigns that emphasize Wipro's successful client partnerships. 3. **Deal Pursuit Marketing**: Increase win rates and revenue growth with targeted digital-first deal pursuit campaigns that highlight Wipro's solutions and enhance client preference through engaging digital and in-person interactions. The ideal candidate for this role is a collaborative and dedicated marketing leader with the ability to assess business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans that drive business outcomes. Experience in working with senior business, account, and sales leaders and proficiency in integrating various marketing channels are essential. Proficiency in communication, Salesforce, and Marketo or equivalent tools is also required. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sector heads and business teams to develop strategic marketing plans, executing demand generation and account-based marketing activities, developing marketing plans for target accounts, analyzing competition, generating and nurturing leads, and partnering with deal pursuit teams and agencies for successful campaign execution. Additionally, you will need to maintain project plans, track execution, report status, analyze data, and manage the budget for the broader sector. The ideal candidate should have 6 to 8 years of experience in strategizing, developing, and executing demand generation, account-based marketing, and deal pursuit campaigns in enterprise organizations.
