Job Title: Assistant Marketing Manager Job Description: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design and advertising tools, capable of crafting engaging content, and skilled in coordinating campaigns that enhance brand visibility and performance. Key Responsibilities: Create marketing collateral using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools. Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Draft and edit press releases and social media content in line with the brand's tone and messaging. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Excel. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistency across all channels. Ensure all marketing materials meet high standards of accuracy, brand consistency, and visual quality. Stay informed about marketing trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a creative, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Excel, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager. Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for press releases and digital content. Attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense for design and layout. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality output under tight timelines. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
