Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote company products and services through various channels.
  • Manage corporate communications, including media relations, internal communications, and crisis management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform communication strategy development.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints by developing brand guidelines and tone of voice standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing or related field (Corporate Communication).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Advertising/Mass Communication or Marketing preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as HubSpot CRM software.
