Assistant Marketing Manager

Role Objective:

This is a full-time on-site role for a BTL Marketing Activation professional at SOBHA Ltd. The role involves executing BTL activations, conceptualizing events, and managing vendors with 3 to 6 years of experience.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven professional who takes full ownership, gets things done, and delivers impact. This role demands a strategic executor with sharp planning and execution skills, capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders and driving projects to completionon time, every time.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a deep understanding of advertising, brand collaborations, and event generation in the luxury industry. This individual will work closely with the Regional Head to not only plan but aggressively implement marketing initiatives, ensuring brand dominance in micro-markets through cutting-edge activations. They will own the event calendar, drive brand alliances, and relentlessly push for excellence in execution.

Responsibilities include planning and execution of the monthly activation calendar, conducting market research on competitor projects, providing sales support, and coordinating marketing activities with the sales cluster to achieve site visits and sales closures on a monthly basis as per the target.

• Assisting the Regional Head for planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Leading end to end planning and execution of BTL activities for launch and sustenance campaigns with seasonal experience in on-ground activations & promotions.
• Generate innovative Below The Line (BTL) activation ideas tailored to micro-markets, enhancing local visibility and engagement.
• Conceptualize and design events catering to the luxury market, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar encompassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly events for residential themed projects.
• Plan and establish collaborations for co-branded events and brand alliances, fostering relationships with luxury brands for partnerships and event participation.
• Establish partnerships with luxury brands, facilitating their participation in events and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors/masters degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record in event management with a focus on the luxury market, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
