We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join us in PCMC & Pune locations. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in the Pune area and achieving monthly revenue targets. Your role will involve engaging with buyers, educating them about our offerings, and addressing their needs and concerns effectively. You will also be required to build relationships with top developers, investors, and end-customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting negotiations, providing consultation to clients on market conditions and prices, and offering advisory services to customers for property purchases. Understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions, as well as organizing engagement meetings with leads, will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should be aggressive in Sales & Marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and have a presentable demeanor. A solid background in sales, customer relationship management, and customer service is essential. You should be proactive, confident in handling challenges, and have a focused mindset for hardcore sales.
