Job Description

Opening for Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)- Leadership Hiring- Navi Mumbai (BPO only)

Role & responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates for various leadership roles, with a focus on support and operations hiring.

Manage BPO/ contact center leadership requirements with hands-on experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job descriptions, skill requirements and candidate profiles.
Ensure robust sourcing, screening is in place and lead the team in coordinating for the interviews with hiring managers, ensuring no lag.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, headhunting, networking, and job boards.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Conduct weekly status meetings to discuss candidate pipelines and strategic planning.
Advise on the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

Perks and benefits:

Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate
Overall Leadership hiring experience of 8 to 10 years with at least 1-2 years of experience in team handling.
Domain expertise in BFSI, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Telecom and more.
Good stakeholder & people management skills strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
