Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance organizational performance. You will provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters such as workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development. Your role will also involve overseeing the talent acquisition process to attract, hire, and retain top talent, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and managing recruitment teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing benefits administration, developing HR policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with FACTORY and CORPORATE laws. Employee relations and engagement will be a key focus, where you will foster a positive work culture, address concerns effectively, and implement engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention. Identifying training needs, coordinating professional development programs, and implementing leadership development initiatives will be part of your role. You will oversee performance management processes, provide coaching to managers and employees, and ensure compliance with all applicable FACTORY AND CORPORATE laws, regulations, and company policies. Managing HR-related risks and implementing strategies to mitigate legal and financial liabilities will also be crucial. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing and corporate sector. Skills: - Strong understanding of HR strategies and best practices - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to provide strategic guidance to senior management - Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies - Knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance - Experience in employee relations, engagement, and performance management - Familiarity with FACTORY and CORPORATE laws and regulations,
