Job Description

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and enhance organizational performance. You will provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on various HR-related matters, including but not limited to workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development. Your role will involve overseeing the talent acquisition process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will be required to implement effective talent acquisition strategies and manage recruitment teams to ensure timely and successful hiring. Additionally, you will oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. In this position, you will develop and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with both factory and corporate laws, as well as reporting requirements. Employee relations and engagement will also be a key focus, where you will be expected to foster a positive work culture, address employee concerns and grievances effectively, and implement engagement initiatives to improve job satisfaction and retention. Identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance will be part of your responsibilities. You will also implement leadership development programs to build and sustain a high-performance workforce, as well as oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans. Providing coaching and support to managers and employees to drive performance and productivity will be essential. You will ensure compliance with all applicable factory and corporate laws, regulations, and company policies, while managing HR-related risks and implementing strategies to mitigate potential legal and financial liabilities. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing and corporate sector. Strong skills in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and risk management are required to excel in this position.,
