Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service. Maintain regular communication through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Track customer interactions, preferences, and communication history. Utilize the database to personalize customer interactions and tailor offerings to their specific needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, upgrades, or related products to existing customers.
  • Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and reviews to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding project status, payments, and other relevant information.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to real estate. Maintain knowledge of Emaar India's projects, pricing, and market positioning to effectively address customer queries.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 4-6 years) in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and travel as required.
