Solitaire is one of the leading organizations in the real estate domain with its luxurious and premium residential and commercial projects across Pune & Mumbai.

We are hiring for the role of Sales-Closing for our Bibwewadi, Pune location.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive Sales Closing is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings by managing end-to-end closing activities. The role focuses on negotiations, customer persuasion, documentation coordination, and achieving booking value targets while ensuring compliance with company and RERA guidelines.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Closing & Conversions

  • Handle hot and qualified leads generated by the sourcing/pre-sales team.
  • Conduct detailed project presentations and cost-sheet discussions.
  • Drive negotiations and finalize commercial terms within approved guidelines.
  • Convert site visits into bookings by effective follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Achieve monthly booking value and unit closure targets.

Customer Engagement

  • Understand buyer requirements, budget, and decision-making criteria.
  • Address objections related to pricing, location, possession timelines, and amenities.
  • Build trust and confidence with clients to facilitate faster decision-making.
  • Maintain continuous engagement until agreement execution.

Site Visits & Deal Finalization

  • Conduct site visits and walk-throughs with prospective buyers.
  • Explain payment plans, construction status, and possession schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for unit blocking and inventory confirmation.

Documentation & Coordination

  • Support customers in booking formalities, KYC, and agreement processes.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and loan assistance teams for smooth closures.
  • Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and post-booking documentation.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and funnel updates.
  • Maintain transparency in communication and documentation.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and schemes.
  • Provide market feedback to management to support sales strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • High level of customer handling and objection management.
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
  • Working knowledge of real estate documentation and RERA norms.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).

Experience

  • 2–6 years of experience in

    real estate sales closing

    (residential/commercial).
  • Proven track record of achieving booking value targets
