Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
Understand client business goals and technical challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct site visits, evaluations, and technical assessments as needed
.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation.
Participate in contract negotiations, providing technical insights and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain deep knowledge of company products, solutions, and technologies.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies to provide strategic input.
Gather and relay customer feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Work closely with engineering, product development, and customer support teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements and innovation.
Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and documentation for internal and customer use.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project milestones using CRM tools.
Strong technical background in relevant engineering field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
