As an Assistant Manager/Manager for New Business Acquisition, your role will involve overseeing business development, sales, and marketing operations to achieve top and bottom line targets. You will be responsible for the retention and development of your team, while providing directional inputs to the organization and working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing. Your main focus will be on strategizing, visualizing, and creating new business opportunities in both existing and proposed segments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organizational business. - Develop new business opportunities in new and existing segments. - Analyze team productivity and sales pipeline continuously to surpass targets. - Ensure quality and timely delivery of products and solutions, addressing any customer issues proactively. - Come up with solutions to existing business challenges. - Identify new opportunities and formulate strategies to convert them into business. - Create and execute business plans with defined strategies. - Protect and develop the company's brand through providing quality products, solutions, and services to customers. - Conduct area-specific market research and gather market intelligence to develop new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors. - Develop a solution-centric approach among team members. - Coach, mentor, and motivate your team for better results. **Qualification Required:** - Educational & Technical Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc, MBA - Work Experience: 6-10 years in Direct/Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B, B2I) - Industry Preference: Aroma Chemical & Essential Oils, Fragrances, and Flavours - Strongly Desired Qualities: Good communication skills (written & oral), expertise in making PowerPoint presentations, good analytical skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing and will be based at the Corporate Office in Noida.
