Assistant Manager/Dy.manager - Planning

Key Result Area

• Managing the organizations Projects & Development and facilitating various Projects across all the area in Plant.
• Efficiently and effectively provide Project & development services in according to the requirements of the plant sections with safety.
• Contribute to planning of work and the allocation of tasks to assist with appropriate decision making.

Key Result Responsibilities

• Preparing of Annual Capital Budget and Cost compression, RACE & Small schemes of the related department and their implementation and control.
• Planning & preparing documentation, of Cost compression, RACE & Small schemes and PAT, REC & NECA completed within agreed time frame.
• Day to day monitoring of various key parameters of Project & development activities and ensuring high standard of safety & Project & development activities within agreed / available time frame.
• Managing & upgrading department Project & development standards / targets / performance of the department within agreed time frame. Also to bring continuous improvements in performance by bench marking and in line with organization targets.
• Preparing monthly Continuous Improvement report on monthly basis.
• Controlling of Sanction Capital Budget & Special sanction in Revenue Budget.
