Job Summary Operation activity for project Import, Export & Third country shipment. Routing follow up with stack-holders considering the terms Sharing projects / FCL inquiries with shipping lines / vendors Customer service, regular updates to customer on shipment progress for Import, Export & third country shipment. Coordinating with Shipping Lines, CFS authority and Custom Authority. Anticipating documentary problems and finding solutions in a timely manner. Import documentation - IGM filing, CFS Movement filing, carrier delivery order follows up Export documentation – booking placement till closing the files. Coordinating and liaising with overseas agents. Maintaining and updating daily report. Taking care of all operational escalation related to carriers/customers. Port / CFS visit for supervising of cargo loading and unloading.
