Assistant Manager_ Sales & Marketing

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving international sales and marketing for the company's product portfolio across global markets. This role involves managing distributor networks, leading product launches and promotional activities, and developing new international markets through strong market analysis. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the FMCG or food industry, possessing strong communication, analytical, and export management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives. - Identify and develop new international markets through detailed market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation. - Analyze market data, pricing trends, and consumer behaviors to support strategic product development and pricing decisions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and key buyers to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure consistent market growth. - Monitor and analyze market demand, supply chain dynamics, and inventory levels to optimize product distribution and sales performance. - Develop annual sales targets, track progress, and implement strategies to achieve the desired business objectives. - Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance teams to ensure all export labeling, packaging, and regulatory requirements are met for different international markets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or the food industry. - Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. - Experience managing distributor networks and handling export documentation. - Ability to work across diverse markets and adapt strategies to regional business needs.,
