Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Warehouse Inventory Operations and Sales Management professional at a super stockist company specializing in Two and four wheeler Automobile spare parts, accessories, Tyre's, batteries, and other brands like BAJAJ, TVS, HERO, HONDA, ROYAL ENFIELD, etc. The company's Head Office is located in Lucknow, and it has been operating across pan U.P. for over 45 years with a dedicated team of more than 2500 employees. Your primary responsibility will be to manage warehouse operations, inventory, sales, and ensure smooth coordination within the supply chain. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management with a monthly turnover of 3 to 5 Cr. - Manage Sales, conduct Data Analysis, and Reporting using Advanced Microsoft Excel features like Lookups, Charts, and Tables. - Coordinate Supply Chain activities, Control Costs, ensure Compliance and Safety standards. - Maintain accurate stock levels, optimize inventory processes, and ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain. - Play a crucial role in cost reduction, operational efficiency improvement, and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, sales, and inventory management with a turnover of Rs. 3-5 Cr. per month. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel functions (V & H Lookup, Pivot Table, Count if, Conditional formatting, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint. - Preference for certifications like CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma. - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field. Additional Details: The company offers a competitive CTC of Rs. 32,000-40,000 per month along with TA, DA, PF/ESIC, Insurance, and other benefits. The interview will be conducted face to face from Monday, 01-12-25 to 04-12-25 between 12:00 pm to 01:00 pm at the Lucknow Head Office. The job requires full-time commitment and is a permanent position.
