Role Overview

We’re looking for a go-getter who can manage multiple shoots, coordinate across creative teams, and handle all the moving parts that bring a video to life. As an Assistant Manager – Production Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our video and content production process, ensuring everything from casting to costumes, makeup to location runs like clockwork.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage pre-production to post-production workflows.


  • Handle casting, props, costumes, makeup artists, and stylists based on shoot requirements.


  • Scout, book, and manage locations for video and ad shoots.


  • Create and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and vendor coordination.


  • Liaise between creative strategists, video editors, and clients to align shoot objectives.


  • Oversee shoot logistics — ensure everyone and everything is on time and on-brand.


  • Negotiate and manage vendors and freelancers (DOPs, artists, etc.).


  • Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.


  • Ensure quality control of all production outputs in line with brand guidelines.


Requirements


  • 3-4 years of experience in production coordination or shoot management (agency or studio preferred).


  • Strong multitasking and project management skills.


  • A creative eye with practical problem-solving abilities.


  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.


  • Passion for content, storytelling, and digital media.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
