Purpose of the Role:

technical support and welding solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and promote

  D&H Scheron welding consumables

  at customer sites and obtain product approvals.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable

  welding procedures and solutions

  .
• Prepare and review

  Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)

  and

  Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)

  .
• Support customers in

  Vendor Qualification

  activities related to welding consumables.
• Attend and resolve

  customer complaints

  in coordination with field, QC, and production teams.
• Identify and explore

  new projects and customers

  by working closely with field staff.
• Arrange and dispatch

  product samples

  in coordination with QC, Production, and Dispatch teams.
• Conduct

  technical seminars

  and

  product awareness sessions

  for customers and channel partners.
• Provide

  training to field staff

  on product applications, troubleshooting, and welding processes.
• Register customer complaints in

  NAV

  and track resolution through proper coordination.
• Visit customer sites for on-ground

  technical support, evaluation, and process improvements

  .
• Ensure timely

  feedback collection and documentation

  of all technical activities.

Required Education and Experience:

• Qualification:

  B.Tech / M.Tech in

  Mechanical

  or

  Welding Engineering

  .

• Experience:

  3–6 years of hands-on experience in

  Welding Technical Services

  .
• Proficiency in

  WPS, PQR preparation, and Vendor Qualification

  processes.
• Good understanding of

  customer handling

  ,

  welding consumables

  , and

  industrial applications

  .
• Strong

  analytical, planning, and execution

  abilities.
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and presentation

  skills.
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  and

  ERP/NAV

  systems.

Key Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  welding processes

  and

  applications

  (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW).
• Expertise in

  WPS/PQR documentation

  and

  Vendor Approval

  support.
• Customer-centric approach with strong

  problem-solving ability

  .
• Ability to conduct

  technical seminars, demonstrations, and product trials

  .
• Effective

  cross-functional coordination

  with QC, Production, and Field teams.
