Assistant Manager- Treasury

Role & responsibilities

Note: Applications are invited only from candidates who are serving their notice period or have a maximum notice period of 30 days

• Prepare banking documents and related amendments for review
• Prepare bank account opening/closing documentation
• Prepare bank documents for the investment of funds
• Participate in the bank account funding and payment processes
• Investigate incoming & outgoing transaction issues
• Provide daily bank balances & request necessary funding for undervalued & overdrawn accounts & investment options
• Complete remediations/reviews on bank accounts as received from the bank
• Administration of online banking platforms
• Maintain various excel logs
• Systematically file documents and updates electronically to provide real time access to transaction status
• Download and file bank statements on as needed basis
• Liaise with the banks as required to perform various job functions
• Liaise with internal and external clients as required
• Recognize any discrepancies in documentation and before proceeding, notify relevant team member or Head of Banking & Cash Management
• Provide back up and support to other team members and indirect duties of the banking and cash management function as required
• Provide excellent and timely assistance to external clients and colleagues
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Banking & Cash Management

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 4 years banking experience in an account opening/payment processing environment
• Experience with a legalor other professional services organization helpful
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong analytical & time management skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly motivated individual who is committed to delivering an excellent level of client service across multiple time zones.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF
• Able to function independently and in a team environment
