Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To ensure timely placement of tractors at depots based on daily dispatch plan
Timely preparation of dispatch documents viz Tax invoice, E way bills
To ensure direct billing to dealers and customers based on order registration from AO
Timely Dispatch of tractors to dealers for customer delivery
Compilation & Circulation of SCD Plant MIS Reports
Preparation & accounting of e-way bills in online govt. portal for dispatch of tractors
Co-ordination with Sales for liquidation of Ageing Stocks
Managing of outside / additional yard, preparation of documents and tractor movement
Coordination with Plant and Quality
Training to drivers for correct loading and unloading process

Candidate Specifications

Knowledge of SAP
Commercial acumen & GST compliance
Languages known - English, Tamil
