Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Assistant Manager – Telegram Channel Growth to drive user acquisition on EarnKaro’s owned Telegram channels like PowerLoot. The candidate will be part of the growth hacking/user acquisition team and will focus on acquiring high-value users efficiently via Telegram Ads, Meta Ads, and Influencer Collaborations.
The role is individual contributor (IC) in nature and requires sharp execution, analytical ability, and ownership mindset. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in building and scaling Telegram channels, but we’re equally open to sharp, switched-on candidates who can take full responsibility for spends and performance.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition via Telegram & Performance Channels
Scale user base on EarnKaro-owned Telegram channels such as PowerLoot.
Run paid acquisition campaigns on Telegram Ads and Meta Ads to drive quality traffic.
Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels to improve user quality and ROI.
Influencer & Channel Collaborations
Discover and collaborate with Telegram influencers, admins, and publishers to drive traffic.
Negotiate partnerships and set up barter or paid influencer campaigns.
Track performance of each channel partner and optimize based on engagement.
Campaign Management & Analytics
Own campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization.
Monitor key performance metrics (CPI, CAC, ROI, retention) across channels.
Run rapid A/B tests and data-led experiments to improve acquisition efficiency.
Ownership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Take full ownership of spend strategy and user growth metrics.
Work closely with design, content, product, and analytics teams to ensure channel success.
Regularly share insights and campaign learnings with leadership.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or user acquisition.
Strong understanding of Telegram as a platform — including organic & paid growth levers.
Hands-on experience with Telegram Ads, Meta Ads, or influencer marketing.
Preferred: Prior experience in building and scaling Telegram channels.
Data-first mindset — proficient in Excel, analytics tools, and campaign tracking.
Strong ownership and execution skills — able to operate independently and deliver results.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
