Assistant Manager-Technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using JavaScript and ReactJS, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code, delivering visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience for over 100 million app users.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the Adani One Super App, contributing to its role as a comprehensive B2C travel and lifestyle platform.
• Implement best practices in frontend development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of digital platforms.
• Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap of Adani Digital Labs, aligning with the broader goals of digital transformation and customer engagement.
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, and modern frontend development frameworks.
• 2-4 years of experience in developing and deploying scalable web applications.
• Hands-on experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in frontend development or ReactJS (preferred).
  

Years & Type Of Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on building user-centric web applications.
• Experience working on large-scale digital platforms or consumer-facing applications.
