Assistant Manager-Technology

As a skilled developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and services using ASP.NET and C# to support Adani Digital Labs" digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience for the Adani One Super App. Your responsibilities will also include optimizing application performance, scalability, and security to cater to over 100 million app users and handling high user traffic and data volumes. Implementing and maintaining APIs and web services to enable smooth communication between various digital platforms and third-party systems will be a crucial part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services using ASP.NET and C#. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital platforms. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Implement and maintain APIs and web services. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. - Contribute to the technical strategy and roadmap. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality assurance processes. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (4-10 years) in developing web applications using ASP.NET and C#. - Hands-on experience with API development, web services, and database integration. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and best practices. In addition to the technical aspects, you are expected to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in .NET technologies would be preferred. With 4-10 years of experience in .NET development, focusing on building scalable and secure web applications, and experience in working on large-scale digital transformation projects or consumer-facing platforms, you are well-equipped to contribute effectively to the digital initiatives at Adani Digital Labs.,
