Role: Assistant Manager - Technical

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the support team to ensure timely and effective customer assistance.
• Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Conduct training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions for customers on SOLIDWORKS and related applications.
• Support implementation, upgrades, and customization of SOLIDWORKS and PDM/3DEXPERIENCE solutions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive multi-product adoption
• Handle objections during renewal or expansion discussions with technical expertise.
• Develop and maintain technical content like best practices, knowledge base articles, and training materials.
• Manage implementations and ensure smooth customer adoption of new features and software updates.
• Should travel with team members on proactive basis as joint visits for customer rapport and training the team
• Stay updated with the latest SOLIDWORKS portfolio, certifications, and Dassault Systèmes best practices.

Qualifications:

• With 5+ Years of Industry experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Aeronautical
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
• Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel across and within the assigned territory for Customer meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
