About the Role:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving student admissions, leading teams, and ensuring effective counseling to prospective students. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic marketing skills to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

:Plan and execute student outreach, branding, and lead generation activities.Collaborate with schools, colleges, and corporate partners to promote programs.Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions to attract potential students.Manage admission inquiries and ensure smooth application-to-enrollment conversion.Maintain data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM or other tools.

Team Leader

Supervise, train, and motivate team members to achieve admission targets. Monitor team performance and provide guidance for consistent improvement.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admission process. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of student or parent queries.

Career Counseling

Guide students in selecting suitable academic programs based on their interests and aptitude. Provide career counseling sessions to help students make informed decisions.Keep updated with academic programs, industry trends, and emerging career paths. Ensure high-quality communication and support throughout the admission journey.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Leadership and team management abilities.Sales and target-oriented approach.Excellent presentation and counseling skills.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing basics.
