Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Aptitude Trainer located in Mohali. The Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive aptitude training sessions, preparing training materials, and assessing student progress. Day-to-day tasks include conducting mock tests, mentoring students, and offering personalized feedback to enhance their problem-solving skills. The trainer will also collaborate with faculty to integrate aptitude training into the overall curriculum and stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in aptitude training.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to develop and deliver training materials; experience in creating mock tests and assessments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to mentor and provide personalized feedback to students
Expertise in the latest aptitude training techniques and trends
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field; higher qualifications preferred
Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous
