Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding.
Develop and implement
effective sourcing strategies
using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver on workforce plans.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
Ensure
cost-effective hiring
and adherence to approved budgets.
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for critical and recurring roles.

Human Resources:

Support the HR team in
onboarding, induction, and orientation programs
.
Assist in
performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Proficient in MS Office
Good understanding of compensation structures and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in
HR and Talent Acquisition
, preferably in
Oil & Gas / Manufacturing
/
EPC
sectors.
