Role Overview


Supply Planner


Key Responsibilities


  • Inventory Management

    – Monitor and control inventory levels across distribution centers.
  • Demand Forecasting

    – Analyze historical data and market trends to predict future inventory needs.
  • Vendor Coordination

    – Liaise and negotiate with suppliers to ensure on-time material availability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    – Work with operations, production, and other supply chain teams for smooth execution.
  • Reporting

    – Prepare and present inventory and supply reports to management.
  • Process Optimization

    – Recommend improvements to inventory handling, storage, and supply processes.


Requirements


  • Education

    – Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience

    – Minimum 3 years in production planning, supply chain planning, or logistics.
  • Skills

    – Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in data modeling and materials planning tools.
