Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Craft and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent via job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to create tailored job descriptions and interview frameworks to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws in all hiring processes.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, ensuring [Your Company Name] is recognized as an employer of choice.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring activities to build a workplace that reflects diverse perspectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

• Sr. Executive

  : 35 years of recruitment experience, with strong hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Proven ability to source and attract diverse candidates across roles, levels, and functions.
• Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Naukri).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Sound understanding of employment regulations and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
