Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Distribution
: Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing
SIM & Data Selling Outlets
to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.
Strategy Execution
: Execute the entire
Go-To-Market (GTM)
strategy for the prepaid business, ensuring existing customers are adequately serviced.
Market Analysis
: Understand market demographics and drive a sales strategy tailored to different customer segments.
Channel Management
: Drive basic distribution parameters such as
Channel profitability and Channel satisfaction
.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in frontline sales and distribution management.
Strong understanding of market demographics and sales strategy development.
Ability to execute a
Go-To-Market (GTM)
strategy.
Excellent skills in managing channel profitability and satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
