Assistant Manager (Service O&M)

As a candidate for the position, you should possess the following competencies and skills: - Good in managing people. - Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Sound knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). - Good Knowledge of Aerobic & Anaerobic treatment (ETP, STP, WTP, RO). - Good knowledge of Operation and Maintenance. Your duties and responsibilities in this role will include: - Studying drawings and detailing of ETP, WTP, RO, and STP. - Basic design (Process and Instrumentation Diagram) of STP & ETP. - Working with biological treatment processes such as MBBR, SBR, and MBR. - Demonstrating a good command over labor management. - Ability to lead a team of technical operators. - Being solely responsible for the entire services of the Plant. - Conducting lab testing related to all water and wastewater parameters. - Handling ETP & STP documentation and Pollution Licensing. - Providing proper reporting to clients and Management. - Monitoring, reviewing, and verifying various parameters like COD, BOD, TDS, TSS, TS, Alkalinity, PH, Temp., VFA, DO, etc., periodically to ensure compliance with PCB guidelines. - Troubleshooting of ETP. - Providing consultancy to clients for Operation and Maintenance (O &M). Education required for this position: - Degree in Biotechnology / B.SC / M.SC / Environmental Science.
