Job Role – Assistant Manager - Service

Location: Chennai
Experience: 4–6 Years
Product Handling: Buggy / Material Handling Equipment

Key Responsibilities -

• Manage and maintain effective relationships with premium clients during site visits, meetings, and service interactions
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to electrical and material handling equipment
• Provide technical support and solutions during client meetings and product discussions
• Prepare and share quotations as per client requirements
• Maintain master data, documentation, and all business-related records accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams for service execution, documentation, and client follow-ups
• Generate new business opportunities and support sales growth in the assigned region
• Travel extensively across South India for client visits, installations, and support

Desired Candidate Profile -

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in material handling equipment or related industries
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting in material handling equipment
• Prior experience in handling buggies or similar industrial equipment will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently after training
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Proficient in documentation, quotations, and data maintenance
• Willingness to travel extensively across South regions
