Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our security team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing security operations and ensuring the safety of guests and staff.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective protection of hotel premises.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless security measures.
Train and guide security staff on emergency procedures and best practices.
Respond to security breaches and incidents promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security principles, laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
