As an Assistant Manager, Service Delivery at ReSource Pro, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing internal delivery teams, reviewing incidents, problems, and operational issues impacting clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure client satisfaction, work quality, efficiency, and meeting current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coach direct reports to be effective in client and people management. - Oversee daily operations of client teams to maintain client satisfaction. - Proactively seek opportunities for business growth and improve client experience. - Resolve high-impact client issues by analyzing root cause and executing solutions. - Stay informed of corporate goals, lead projects, and manage staffing levels and budgets effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 1 year as an Assistant Manager. - Graduation degree.
