Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of SCF offerings like

    invoice discounting

    &

    distribution finance

    by onboarding anchor corporates.
  • Build a strong

    sales funnel

    and ensure client acquisition against defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth

    client onboarding

    and operational execution.
  • Design customized financing solutions for

    suppliers and anchors

    .
  • Analyze competitors (banks, NBFCs, fintechs) and create

    differentiated value propositions

    .
  • Develop strategic partnerships to increase

    market share

    .

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in

    B2B Sales/Business Development

    with Banks or NBFCs (SCF, working capital, or term loans).
  • Strong deal negotiation, client engagement, and sales execution skills.
  • Tech-savvy, self-driven, and comfortable in a

    startup/high-growth

    environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
