As a part of OMRON's growing family, you will be responsible for achieving sales and order booking targets in the assigned region. Prepare and implement business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Create and execute account plans for all customers, updating them quarterly. Develop new customers in the region utilizing a solution sales approach through customer visits or calls. Plan and forecast sales monthly, quarterly, and yearly for assigned customers. Increase in-house business shares with existing customers. Conduct Tech days/Seminars at key customers. Manage partners and stakeholders, including Channel Partners, System Integrators, Solution Partners, and distributors in consultation with the Channel Management Department. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners. Maintain and analyze region and industry-specific data as per business needs. Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc., as required. Ensure eCRM hygiene and log data into GSFA (SFDC), updating regularly. Identify potential customers in segments such as Construction, Water, Energy, EPC, Infrastructure, Commodities, and Panel Builders. The job location is in Ahmedabad. Job Requirements: - Work Experience: 8+ years in industrial automation sales, with expertise in Component selling, Panel Builders & distributors, Infrastructure segment. Experience in handling big End users and OEMs in EPC's, Construction, Energy segment. - Educational Qualification: B.E. or Equivalent Diploma; MBA or equivalent in any stream is desirable. - Functional Skills: Thorough knowledge of Components & Sensors, PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, components. Robotics product experience is an advantage. Ability to handle product demos and technical queries for customers. - Behavioural Skills: Strong communication & presentation skills, proactive in driving strategy, presentation & negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, target-oriented, and dedicated to achieving targets. - Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel across India as per business needs.
