Job Description

Acquire new customers and build long-term relationships by resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and support product development
Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
Support the Sales Manager in crafting and executing effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
Coordinate with the sales team, providing training and support to ensure goal alignment
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and related administrative tasks
Introduce new products through a strong techno-commercial approach
Be willing to travel frequently for outstation and local business visits

Education Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Paints, Coatings, Inks, or Construction Chemicals background)

Behavioural Profile

Proven experience in sales or a related field with a record of acquiring and retaining accounts
Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM tools
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Capable of working independently and in a team
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Time and territory management skills
Willingness to travel frequently at short notice
