Job Description

As an Assistant Manager- Sales, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and driving brand growth in the territory. Your main responsibilities will include: - Volume achievement: Develop and monitor individual sales objectives to achieve brand-wise and segment-wise sales volume targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Communicate monthly schemes to on-trade and utilize them effectively to generate sales volume. - GSV / NSR: Ensure NSR/GSV achievement aligns with the budget by selling profitable brands and maintaining the right brand mix. - WOD: Manage brand distribution by ensuring the availability of relevant SKUs and variants in the territory. Coordinate new product launches effectively. - Activation: Execute merchandising and promotional programs based on national and regional marketing strategies. Ensure timely communication of promotional schemes to on-trade, quality activation, and training of third-party employees. - Reports: Monitor outlet visit frequency and coverage, submit activation and promotion reports to evaluate effectiveness, and track competitor activity. - RTC - QDVP - Execution: Implement RTC at the outlet level, maintain organization standards, and execute marketing plans within company policies and budgets. - Scheme Settlement: Plan outlet-level spends, finalize sales and scheme in SPPR2, and ensure timely settlement of commitments in the market. Qualifications required: - MBA in Sales & Marketing - 3 years of experience in Alco-Bev sales or more than 5 years of experience in consumer sales (FMCG or Telecom) Knowledge & skills needed: - Client Relationships - Sales Planning - Emphasizing Excellence This role is best suited for someone who believes in execution perfection, has self-confidence in dealing with people at all levels, enjoys spending time in the market, is proficient in analysis, and excels in networking.
