Assistant Manager Sales/ Assistant Manager Marketing

As a Sales Strategy & Execution professional, you will be crucial in developing and executing sales plans to achieve business targets in the healthcare services sector, covering diagnostics, wellness packages, and B2B services. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, doctor referrals, clinics, hospitals, and direct patients. Additionally, managing key accounts and fostering strong, long-term client relationships will be part of your responsibilities. - Supervising and supporting sales executives and field staff - Providing training, guidance, and performance feedback - Ensuring proper territory coverage and driving lead conversion - Planning and executing marketing campaigns, health awareness drives, free camps, and digital initiatives - Collaborating with design team or vendors for creating brochures, digital creatives, and promotional materials - Overseeing social media campaigns and online branding - Conducting regular meetings with clients and partners to maintain engagement and trust - Handling escalations, resolving customer service issues, and collecting feedback for service improvements - Tracking competitor activity, pricing, and industry trends - Preparing sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS for management review - Monitoring ROI on marketing campaigns and events This is a full-time position offering benefits like health insurance, Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and working on a day shift schedule at an in-person work location.,
