Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets
Manage and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, and distributors
Identify new business opportunities in India and overseas markets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle exports, shipping documentation, and logistics
Collect market intelligence and report trends to management

Desired Candidate Profile:

B2B sales experience in industrial/technical products
Experience in Telecom, Polymers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Adhesives, Lubricants, Coatings, or Power Cable Inputs
Exposure to export sales, international customer coordination, and logistics
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering or Science) with additional qualification in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration preferred
