To drive B2B sales of industrial and specialty adhesives across various application segments such as packaging, surgical gowns, ceramic tile display setups, files/folders, adhesive tapes, and masking tapes, by managing existing clients, acquiring new business, and ensuring revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and acquire new B2B clients across target industries including:
Flexible & rigid packaging manufacturers
Healthcare product converters (surgical gowns, drapes)
Ceramic display board fabricators
Office supply manufacturers (files, folders)
Adhesive & masking tape manufacturers
Generate leads, conduct cold calls/visits, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms aligned with company guidelines.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Act as a point of contact for all product-related queries and support.
Coordinate with technical support and R&D teams for client-specific customizations.
Market Research & Competitor Tracking
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and price movements.
Suggest new applications or customer segments based on field intelligence.
Work closely with internal departments production, dispatch, accounts, and technical for smooth execution.
Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience dealing into Packaging, Surgical gowns, Ceramic tile display showrooms, files, folders, adhesive tapes, masking tape
