About the Role: We are looking for highly motivated and proactive BBA or MBA students with a passion for Business Development and a keen interest in the Recruitment & Staffing industry . This internship offers exposure to client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and strategic business initiatives in a fast-paced HR services environment. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and industry sectors for recruitment services. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials. Maintain and update CRM or client database with accurate lead information. Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and follow-ups. Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Work closely with the recruitment team to align business goals with service delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile: Pursuing BBA or MBA (preferably with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Business Management). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and pursue a long-term career in Business Development or Sales. Basic understanding of the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus. Good research, analytical, and reporting abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus. Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and a problem-solving approach. Learning Outcomes: In-depth knowledge of B2B sales and recruitment industry dynamics. Hands-on experience in client relationship management and business pitching. Enhanced communication and lead generation strategies. Certificate/Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
