Job responsibilities:

Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes. Supervision stock and cold room operations. Educate motivate sales team with briefing periodically. Support team in marketing sales activities. Maintain record periodically sampling marketing activities. Control outstanding following company guidelines protocols. Sharing the report to the senior or HO as per requirements. Develop penetrate new market. Management of the Centre and Team. Business development. Analysis of Sales performance resolve issue.. Ensure the record maintenance of the company asset. Helping the special tasks if any. Communicating well with all staff.

Special skills, mental or personality requirements:

Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker. Computer skills like MS Excel Power point. Local candidate. Languages known: English Local Language Excellent negotiation skills are must.

Other Requirements:

Age- 28 to 35Years (Male) 2-Wheeler license is must (4-wheeler license is preferable)
