Assistant Manager-Retail Franchisee

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the topline and profitability of the business, focusing on key parameters such as average unit value, average transaction value, and conversion rate. Your role will involve conducting Catchment Studies/Location Analysis to identify new markets and roll out new stores. Managing a chain of company/franchisee owned stores, with a strong emphasis on Franchisee management and expansion, will be crucial for the success of this role. Developing and identifying the right partners and franchisees, as well as strategic planning to achieve the Business Plan for both company-owned and franchisee outlets, will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will handle Retail Planning tasks such as space management, retail buying inputs, vendor management, and projects management. Monitoring operating budgets across India will also fall under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Drive topline and profitability metrics such as average unit value, average transaction value, and conversion rate - Conduct Catchment Studies/Location Analysis to identify new markets for store expansion - Manage a chain of company/franchisee owned stores with a focus on Franchisee management and expansion - Develop and identify suitable partners and franchisees - Strategically plan to achieve Business Plan goals for both company-owned and franchisee outlets - Oversee Retail Planning activities including space management, retail buying inputs, vendor management, and projects management - Monitor operating budgets Pan India Qualifications Required: - MBA (or equivalent) qualification - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Food Industry - Strong knowledge of franchisee management - Excellent track record in Brand management - Familiarity with the latest market trends in the industry - Outstanding presentation and communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset - Exceptional leadership qualities and team management skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Additional Company Details: Understanding of Pizza or any food-related franchisee model will be considered an added advantage.
