Assistant Manager-Retail Franchisee

You will be responsible for overseeing the topline and profitability of the business, focusing on key performance indicators such as average unit value, average transaction value, and conversion rates. Your role will involve conducting Catchment Studies and Location Analysis to identify new markets and facilitate the rollout of new stores in strategic locations. Managing a chain of company-owned and franchisee-owned stores will be a crucial aspect of the role, with a strong emphasis on franchisee management and expansion. You will be tasked with developing and selecting suitable partners and franchisees, as well as implementing strategic planning to achieve the Business Plan objectives for both company-owned and franchise outlets. Retail planning will also fall under your purview, including tasks such as space management, providing inputs for retail buying, vendor management related to store operations, and overseeing project management activities. Monitoring operating budgets nationwide will be a key responsibility to ensure financial targets are met. The ideal candidate for this position should possess an MBA or equivalent qualification, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Food Industry. A solid background in franchisee management, brand management, and a thorough understanding of market trends in the industry are essential. Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and team management skills are also required, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. While not mandatory, familiarity with Pizza or any food-related franchise models would be considered an advantage. The job is full-time with day shift hours and offers a performance bonus.
